Michael is our head chef and owner of the Snail, he strives on serving the best food and ensuring the customer has a complete dining experience.
Michael has over 14 years kitchen experience and has won various chef competitions through all levels nationally.

He got his first head chef job at a young age of 23 and hasn't looked back since, he also has experience in large scale quality food and was head chef of a 120 bedroom 4 star hotel for 2 years.

His long term goal was to run his own restaurant and is very excited about the Snail.
